[horde] Fw: viewing html content ?

From IMP - Check out Preferences/ Message Viewing. It's likely set to
block inline viewing of HTML (which I believe is the default). The other
relevant option is to allow inline viewing of senders who are in your
addressbook.
Those can be changed globally in imp/config/prefs.php
