delete the line
starting with # ( which is a comment )
in
/etc/php5/cli/conf.d/imap.ini
/etc/php5/cli/conf.d/mcrypt.ini

thats an updating php bug in ubuntu


eventual restart apache afterwards

that has nothing to do with horde anyway
