[horde] Download link dead & Two email features in 3.3.11

Hi Guys & Gals,

I have two main questions:

1. The download link for the 3.3.11 release of Horde is dead and so are the
FTP mirrors. Are there any other places hosting that release?

2. Does the latest release of horde (3.3.11) have the following features:
        - a) any addresses in a sent email automatically being saved as a
contact in the address book
        - b) being able to create email groups (e.g., email 20 people by
entering the group contact in the address bar).

Any help you could give would be very much appreciated.
