[horde] SSL database connections?

There is nothing in the SQL configuration about specifying "sslmode" for
the database connections.  Two questions:

1) Did a miss something somewhere?
2) If not, should we add an sslmode configuration option?
3) If not, could we fake this by manually appending it to the database name
    (e.g., database might be "horde?sslmode=require" instead of "horde")
