[horde] reminders.php errors

Hi,

Using Horde Webmail 1.2.9 on gentoo.

Upgraded postgresql from 8.0 to 9.0.3. Also upgrade php from 5.2.12 to
5.2.17.

After the upgrade getting the following errors when running
reminders.php from cron.
