[horde] Horde (git) install problem

A fatal error has occurredSQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found:
1146 Table 'horde.rampage_types' doesn't exist
When I click on the Calendar link in the left pane.  Post
http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/7948 discuss about rampage*.xml files to create
DB tables.  I cant find such XML files....  Can you indicate what they have
been replaced with?
