[horde] Horde (git) install problem

Michael,  thanks for replying!

I did not upgrade from H3 to H4... Its a new Git install.  When I log in the
system for the 1st time, I saw a bunch of gray blocks saying "Block
horde_Block_XXXXX not found in horde"

So the  Horde 3->4 upgrade login task (see horde/bin/run_task), do I need to
run it every time I log in the system?  Once and for all?
