you should pull these files from either the openSUSE Build Service repository 
server:php:applications or install them with the script in horde/framework/bin

Please note the default setup of openSUSE Apache is to generally disallow 
follow_symlinks. This is nasty to find, but it's somewhere in /etc/apache2 
OUTSIDE the vhost.d directory. 

btw if you need any pear library from pear.php.net (not from pear.horde.org) 
to run your horde 4 setup which is not available in server:php:applications 
please let me know.

OpenSUSE 11.4 will roll out next wednesday, including horde3 and a lot of pear 
packages.
