[horde] Undefined Variable, Missing argument 2, Horde4

Hey,

I'm trying to setup Horde4. Installation was OK so far.
Now I want to configure Horde, but when I go to
http://horde4.dev.zew.local/admin/config/config.php?app=horde
I just get the sidebar and the top-menu, the content is missing.

In the error-log I got many errors like that:

I don't know what the second argument has to be on line 1042 in  
config.php, so I tried 'horde', which flushes the error, but the blank  
screen remains.

Any ideas?
