[horde] Can't upgrade Kronolith DB Schema

Alright, I downloaded the fix and ran the DB upgrade again. The schema upgrade  
seems to work, but afterwards I see no "normal" entries. I only see those from 
external calendars or automatically generated ones (e.g. birthdays). The 
logfile contained a lot of "share not found" errors e.g.:

From the amount I saw, it could be that every entry generates an error.
