[horde] Horde 4 misc problems

I will look at the backend configuration.

Regarding the issues with contacts I will also issue a bug report for each issues.

Now in regards to the issue with the calendar events I've found the solution.  I unchecked the option use utc in kronoliths configuration and all events were moved to their original time slots.
