[horde] [Ingo] create folder

Hi all,

I've tried to create/edit a new rule in ingo, but I'm not able to  
create a new folder with firefox 3.6.13 or firefox 3.6.16. When i  
select "Deliver to folder..." and "Create new folder", nothing  
happens. There is no dialog to create a new folder. It works with  
firefox 4.0 and IE 9.0.8112.16421. In firefox 4 and IE I have to  
select a another target than "Create new folder" first, because it is  
selected by default. There are differences between firefox 4/IE and  
firefox 3.
The entry "Select Target folder:" is missing in firefox4/IE.

Creating a new folder with imp is working and they are available  
targets in ingo.

Any ideas?
