[horde] Horde migration path from 3.3.x to latest 4

Hello,

is there any required migration path to upgrade from 3.3.11 to 4 ?
Can I use PEAR to upgrade my v3 to v4 ?

I installed v3 using tarballs, however as indicated in the  
documentation it seems that currently v4 does not provide any tarballs  
as I used to install my v3.
