[horde] Can't install horde4

Hi!

I do not get it to install horde4 on my ubuntu 8.04.
(I want to upgrade my existing horde3 installation as second step)

I followed the documentation for pear installation but as I want to open 
the test.php
in the horde directory I get:


Could not find Horde's framework libraries in the following path(s): 
/usr/share/php/Horde/lib:.:/srv/www/inc:/usr/share/php:/srv/www/htdocs/mail2/lib

What am I missing here?
