[horde] error on upgrading horde groupware webmail

hi all,
I've renamed my actual horde (version 1.2.7) to "horde-1.2.7".

So I have:

/var/www/horde-1.2.7

I've put untarred version of 1.2.8 to /var/www, in this path:

/var/www/horde (in "parallel", as INSTALL instructions says).

when I run ./scripts/setup.php:

What is the web root path on your web server for this installation, i.e. the path of the address you use to access Horde Groupware Webmail Edition in your browser? [/horde]   <-- [Enter]

Option 5 to upgrade from an older version

Specify the directory of the old Horde Groupware Webmail Edition version that you would like to update. You have to provide the full path to the directory:   /var/www/horde-1.2.7 (I think it's correct!)

And I got this error:
/var/www/horde-1.2.7/horde/ingo/config/prefs.php -> /var/www/horde/horde/ingo/config/prefs.php
[ ERROR! ] Cannot copy "/var/www/horde-1.2.7/horde/ingo/config/prefs.php" to
           "/var/www/horde/scripts/../horde/ingo/config/prefs.php".


 What's wrong ?
