[horde] Weather.com Portalblock

Hi,

playing around with my horde (H4.0.2) Test-Installation: If I add a
weather.com-portalblock, I get a blank screen (it's working flawlessly
with my H3-Installation). I didn't find any hints in Apache-, php- and
Horde-Logs.

Any ideas?
