[horde] keep prefs.php when upgrading applications

Hi Antione!

Yes (I stumpled over that myself ...) - you have to write your changes
in a prefs.local.php or mime_driver_local.php to keep it (especially 
when using backend.php !)

This is mentioned in the file itself.
