[horde] Horde Groupware 2.0 or 4.0?

I think your conclusion is correct.  It would be much less confusing to have all components on the same version number.  I was really hoping that H4 would bring an alignment in IMP, Kronolith, etc.  But as it is I think having Horde and Groupware aligned on version numbers makes sense.
