Already used a fresh clean config, nothing horde3 stuff on the server at all -
all from scratch.
But found some interesting - its a seems like a "right" problem.
Modified the code a bit to let "this->isAdmin" return true (in the line of
hasPermission this is asked) and the db tables got created.
So the question is - why does horde try to find out "permissions" and is
looking in tables for that which are not there (and should be created).
horde-db-migrate is run from cmd line and no user is "logged" in via Browser.
