[horde] h4: horde-db-migrate - kronolith sql error for relation "rampage_types"

Using an empty postgresql DB running horde-db-migrate does result in this 
error (horde, turba etc. did run fine):

[  INFO  ] Ending turba schema version: 5
[  INFO  ] Current kronolith schema version: 0
SQLSTATE[42P01]: Undefined table: 7 ERROR:  relation "rampage_types" does not 
exist
LINE 1: SELECT type_id, type_name FROM "rampage_types" WHERE type_na...

A second runs looks like this:

[  INFO  ] Migrating DB up.
[  INFO  ] Current imp schema version: 2
[  INFO  ] Ending imp schema version: 2
[  INFO  ] Current ingo schema version: 5
[  INFO  ] Ending ingo schema version: 5
[  INFO  ] Current turba schema version: 5
[  INFO  ] Ending turba schema version: 5
[  INFO  ] Current kronolith schema version: 0
SQLSTATE[42P01]: Undefined table: 7 ERROR:  relation "rampage_types" does not 
exist
LINE 1: SELECT type_id, type_name FROM "rampage_types" WHERE type_na...


Schema creation ends  here and is unsuccessfull.
Any hints what may cause this and whats the workaround here?
