No.
I can run this script 1,2,3,4,5,...,n times - if doesn't matter, it breaks at 
kronolith time.

PS: I've configured horde and its apps like i want and dropped the database to 
"start" with a clean db to get rid of custom settings made - so i've got a 
fully configured horde and dropping + recreating the db from scratch should be 
possible, i thought ...
