[horde] Imp - charset

Hi!

I don't know why but yesterday I recognized that German specialchars are 
not displayed correctly any more in html mails.
The charset in the html source is UTF-8, my user preferences in imp are 
set to UTF-8, Firefox is set to UTF-8 and the apache is set to UTF-8.
Plain-text mails are displayed correctly.

Where can I influence that?
