[horde] Horde4 as Webinterface for IMAP-Mail, CalDAV and CardDAV?

Because when writing CalDAV support, I only considered implementing  
DAV version 3. It might as well work with 1, but this was never tested.

We can only display what the server returns. If this is how the server  
deals with requests, there is nothing we can do about that.
