[horde] Horde screwed up good

Hello,

Once again, Horde is not working.   I tried to post this earlier this
week but my message was too big, it got rejected.  Basically since I
upgraded to the latest release via pear (pear upgrade -c horde), my
horde setup is no longer functional.  At first (after the upgrade), I
could still login and see several red popup in the lower corner of the
screen saying: "The server was unable to generate the message list."
The email boxes would be empty.  I tried to upgrade again (a few
minutes ago) and its getting worst.  I should have stayed with Horde3
at least it was working.

Now after the login screen I am greeted by a giant fatal error screen.
 Its too big to post via the list and *even* too big for pastebin so I
had to trim it down....
