[horde] Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 4.0 (final)

Hello,
how can webhosting user also use and download the new horde 4 version?
On horde.org i didnt found any nightsnapshot.
But only found this text:
The Horde 4 development version of
Horde Groupware Webmail Edition is available via
nightly snapshots and
Git.
But there is nothing.
So where can i download it.
Some webhoster have no chance to use the pear installer.
:(
