[horde] Turba, LDAP and other horror stories . . .

Hello,

I am struggling again with Horde/LDAP/Turba.
From what I understand, Turba is the application responsible for
managing contacts and contact lists.
If I am wrong, please feel free to correct.
OK, I am also trying to understand how to setup LDAP but that's another
story I am not going to bore you with.
Here's my simple question :

How can one access Turba ?
Is by just pressing "Organizing -> Address Book -> Users' Address Book" ?
Or do I have to call it from another button/place ?

PHP v5.3.1
Horde Webmail Edition v3.3.6
