[horde] Connection refused "localhost:587" when sending mail

Hello,
I reached my postfix master.cf, which is part of the Kolab groupware
package's own postfix service. Here is the link to the contents in

I did see a line called "submission" but can't tell if it is disabled.
If someone can look at it that would be great! I would love to solve
this problem as soon as possible.

Just to reiterate, I can't send mail using the Horde 3.3 web interface
running with Kolab groupware 2.3.2 with a connection refused error:

"There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to
localhost:587 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection refused
(code: -1, response: )"

I turned OFF my firewall and it didn't help...
