[horde] Horde 4 Horde_Registry problem

My Path: include_path =
".:/usr/share/php5:/usr/share/php5/PEAR:/srv/www/htdocs/horde/lib"

contains Horde.php 

/srv/www/htdocs/horde/lib/Horde.php

Still the error messages appear.
