[horde] Horde Tables Not Created

I've installed an instance of the latest Horde suite via PEAR on
openSUSE 11.4.

The tables for applications like IMP & NAG are created.  But the Horde
tables [horde_prefs, horde_alarms, etc... ] have not been created.  Is
there anyway to 'kick' Horde to create these tables?

Sadly there no longer seems to be a script to provision a database
[automatic provisioning is nice - so long as it actually happens].
