[horde] Turba with horde 4 install error cause libxml ?

Hello i currently installed Horde 4.0.7.

 

I want install IMP and TURBA.

Firstly I install TURBA : pear install horde/turba
Error message : 
 
Horde/turba requires package “horde/horde” version > 4.0
Installed version is 
No valid packages found
Install failed
 
When I use : test.php
·  XML Parser support: No


The libxml version is too old. libxml 2.7 or later is required.
 
There is a relation ? I don’t know how to update libxml. ( apt-get install
libxml  just use libxml 2.6 
. Sorry for my lack of knowledge ! )
