[horde] Upgrade to Webmail 4.x

Hi!

I am using Horde Groupware Webmail Edition for quite some time now and
I want to upgrade my recent 1.2.9 Installation to 4.0.1.

Hopefully I prepared everything like it was written in the
documentation http://www.horde.org/apps/webmail/docs/INSTALL - since I
am pretty new to use Pear, it maybe that I made a lot of mistakes.

The command
  pear install horde/webmail
ends in 
  No valid packages found
  install failed
