I am still asking for help. I just cannot figure out where these <Requires> 
come from when I build the RPM. I am attaching the build log and it clearly 
gives Provides and a Requires of a file and they are at different location. I 
see this in a few of the php-pear-Horde packages.
Of course, I can do a mv of the files, but this is an ugly hack.
