[horde] Cannot access http://bugs.horde.org http://git.horde.org and cannot ssh to dev.horde.org

Hi,

since yesterday evening I cannot connect to the whups and chora websites and I 
cannot login via ssh to dev.horde.org

ssh: connect to host dev.horde.org port 22: Connection refused
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

For obvious reasons I did not open a ticket.
