It would be the Horde timestamp entry, since a user will not be  
allowed to login to Horde until the TOS is accepted.  It is in UNIX  
epoch format.

I have no idea what removeHordeUserSQL.pl is, as it is not formally  
supported by Horde.  YMMV.
