[horde] Problem with updating Horde Framework - parent directory is automatically changed

Good morning

Just tried to get the latest version of the horde framework. I got the 
following message after horde-db-migrate:

fatal error:
This system is currently deactivated.
1. horde_registry::AppInit() /usr/bin/horde-db-migrate:28

2. Horde-Registry-b__construct() /usr/share/php/Horde/Registry.php:238

Originally I have installed Horde in /var/www/horde, but while updating, the 
parent directory is automatically changed. Why? And how can I keep 
/var/www/horde as directory where horde is also upgraded?

I have Ubuntu 11.04 (GNU/linux 2.6.38.8-Server x86_64), and as Web Server, 
appache 2 is installed.
