it depends everytime to the intention of a reply if "reply" or "reply all" is the
wanted action, even in the same thread and you are making the same mistake many
developers are making: thinking to know what the users want
if you have business communication NORMALLY you have to use "reply all"
but for a single private reply sometimes you MUST NOT "reply all"
so you can think and design what you want - it depends on the message what is correct
and if you design software because you think the most users are idiots which can
not chose some times later you will have only idiots because they never learned
to know the differences because you took away the options to learn
STOP making braindead interfaces for braindead peopole if you want not have
only braindead users some years later
