I am using this patch at the moment.  Seems to be working ok now.  I  
do note that the "Reply All" feature puts the user that sent the email  
on the From: line and the rest on the CC: line.  It does this even  
without the patch.  That doesn't seem right:  a "Reply To All" should  
put everyone originally on the To: line also on the To: line.

Anyhow, I'll report after a bit to gauge user response to the patch.
