[horde] Modules in beta testing aren't displayed on my screen

Sesha only lives in cvs  and never made it into Horde 4/git (yet - actually I 
am interested but committed to other things which need to be done first)
It will only work with horde 3. 

For some modules you might need to add registry entries. I don't remember if 
this was the case with sesha.
