[horde] virtual functionality

Hello,

I would like to setup the first configuration for a virtual. The default
host is already configured and I added a new conf.php to conf-fqdn.php, but
it does not work as expected as there is no first setup questions
So I tried to get rid of conf.php by moving to another conf-fqdn.php but now
my conf is broken.

Well, how can we setup using the php interface another virtual?

What should we put as a minimum in conf.php?
