[horde] No access to Portal in Horde4

Keep in mind what every pecl module adds memory overhead to the server. So install them if you really need them.

Well the error is clear. Some files are missing from you Libidn distribution.

Similary here. Pear cannot find you PAM library.

Anyway, it is not really related to Horde and should be addressed to different mailing list.
