try this
rename the xpi to zip
unzip
open install.rdf with some editor

change min max version entry

to i.e 7.0.0
        7.0.*

zip it again, rename to xpi again
load into tb, now you will see if it working
it should if there wasnt big changes

you may find a new version at

in a few days
