[horde] Can't add pics to Ansel - syntax error

I have installed Ansel 2.0 RC1.

I created a gallery, and tried to add a picture to the gallery. The  
upload to gallery UI says "SyntaxError (stop sign) Syntax error" when  
I click "^Upload". The Horde log says this:

Permissions to post are set by membership of an LDAP group  
HordePhotosAccess at the Photos (ansel) level, of which I am a member,  
and has Show/Read/Edit/Delete. No child permissions set.

I tried adding the same permissions to All Auth Users, no change.

I then tried removing the LDAP group permission and adding permissions  
to me individually, and that didn't work either.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

The referred lines in Sql.php are:

             $this->_logger->err(sprintf('Share id %s not found', $id));
             throw new Horde_Exception_NotFound();

I have no shares set on anything outside a couple of calendars.
