[horde] Can't add pics to Ansel - syntax error

OK, doing it on my home PC with Firefox instead of horrible IE8 at  
work, it appears to upload. However, then viewing the Gallery shows a  
partially uploaded JPG with about 3/4 grey.

Horde log reads:

For each time I tried to upload the file there are two files in /tmp -  
e.g. imgmrokCP @ 0B, and imgIKsUvx @ 65kB. Downloading the 65kB one  
and adding .jpg reveals the partially uploaded mostly grey jpg.

I have tried with a couple of pics - can send them to you Mike if you  
need to see them.
