[horde] Update broke geoip

Just in case anyone else gets this...

I ran an update this morning (pear upgrade -a -B -c horde).

One of the things it upgraded was geoip.

I ran it again later when I saw another of Jan's update notices, and I got:

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library  
'/usr/lib64/php/modules/geoip.so' - /usr/lib64/php/modules/geoip.so:  
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown  
on line 0

It was correct, the file was not there, and was not anywhere on my  
system, so the extension=geoip.so line in my php.ini was causing the  
error. Comment it out and the error went away (obviously!).

A pecl uninstall geoip / pecl install geoip rebuilt everything, and  
now it works again.
