[horde] Sessions consuming CPU

This can be safely ignored.  Although, you should configure IMP NOT to  
use TLS connections, because it will need to go through the overhead  
on every login of trying to first use a TLS connection.

You should check imp imap debug logs (see imp/config/backends.php).   
This really sounds like the issue where a user's browser is using old  
cached javascript.
