[horde] Horde 4 reinstall - how?

Now I have re-installed Horde4, having fresh, empty database (MySQL). I got these errors:

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.ingo_rules' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.nag_tasks' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.mnemo_memos' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.horde_alarms' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.horde_groups' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.horde_histories' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.horde_locks' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.horde_perms' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'horde4db.horde_prefs' (errno: 121)
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'horde4db.horde_alarms' doesn't exist
