Horde_Ldap supports setting arbitrary LDAP options by passing the  
'options' parameter to the constructor.

Turba does not use Horde_Ldap yet and doesn't allow to set arbitrary  
options either. You need to hack Turba_Driver_Ldap to set a timeout.
