[horde] iPhone 4 replacement

Hi horde users!

Just thought to ask the mail list for quick opinion and advice on a replacement smartphone for my iPhone 4.

I am leaning toward the following phones:

Motorola Razr 
HTC raider 4G
Samsung Galaxy S II LTE

I am wondering if any of you are using one of these phones with horde?  Do you have any problems ?  Limitations?
