[horde] ingo can not connect to sieve server

What happens if you disable TLS? I was unable to get Ingo working with TLS enabled, and eventually just turned it off and bingo everything started to work. 

Everything else in my Horde and email setup works fine with TLS but I gave up on Ingo.
