How?  It's not in a valid format... directly from the RFC.

It sounds like evolution is broken if it is showing that message.  The  
RFC **specifically** says that signature data in the format provided  
MUST NOT contain message data.

You can't just make up a message format and expect MUAs to be able to read it.
